   • Begin with a modest amount of funds and a single team member.
   • Your product is at the concept stage, and your journey begins.
2. Making Decisions:
   • Hire Team Members: Increase your team size to boost productivity and develop your product faster.
   • Develop Product: Invest funds to advance your product through stages: Concept, Prototype, MVP, Launch, and Growth.
   • Seek Seed Investment: Pitch to investors and secure initial funding to keep your startup running.
   • Market Product: Launch marketing campaigns to attract more users and increase your funds.
   • Conduct Research: Invest in research to achieve breakthroughs and advance your product.
3. Stages of Growth:
   • Startup Stage: Focus on getting your product off the ground and securing seed investment.
   • Scaling Stage: Expand your team, secure Series A funding, and enter new markets.
   • IPO Preparation Stage: Prepare for your IPO and take your company public.
4. Random Events:
   • Encounter random events like positive or negative press coverage, unexpected tax refunds, data breaches, partnership offers, and key employees leaving. Adapt your strategy based on these events to ensure your startup's success.
5. Winning the Game:
   • Successfully navigate through all stages of growth.
